PCB granted NOC to three players to play Vitality Blast 2019 scheduled in England ie M Amir (Essex), Faheem Ashraf (Northamptonshire) & Babar Azam (Somerset). Babar to leave for #VitalityBlast on 15July while Amir already in England. Event scheduled from 18July-21Sept.🏏
